Returns Policy

At Akiks, we attempt to deliver the perfect fit and quality with every pair of shoes. However, if something isn’t right, we’ve got a simple exchange and return process to ensure your satisfaction. Please read all the points below to avoid any confusion

Charges:

Incorrect Order Delivered: If we’ve delivered the wrong size, color, or product, or if the product is defective, you are eligible for a free exchange or a full refund.

Correct Order Delivered: If you’ve received the correct product but wish to exchange or return it, a reverse shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged on the new exchange or deducted from your refund amount.

Sale Products: Items sold in a sale at ₹999/- or less are eligible only for size exchanges with a ₹200 reverse shipping fee and can only be returned if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as Snuggle Slides, are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Timeframe:

Processing Time: The entire exchange and refund process may take up to 7-10 working days.

Please allow 7-10 days after the pickup of your product for our Quality Control (QC) team to verify the claim before initiating an exchange or refund.

This timeframe may vary due to weekends, national holidays, festivals, courier delays, or strikes.

Important Notes:

Photo Evidence: If you’re applying for an exchange or return, it is mandatory to share 4-5 clear photos of the product from different angles to support your claim.

7-Day Window: All exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Communication: All updates regarding exchanges or returns will be communicated via email and text message using the contact details you provided at checkout.

Rejected Requests: Once a return or exchange request has been rejected, it will not be reconsidered via Instagram DM, mail, or customer helpline.
